This Listing Policy outlines the terms and guidelines for submitting, publishing, and maintaining business listings on AcquireBusiness.ph, operated by ACQUIRE Business Brokers Inc. (“ACQUIRE”).
1. Eligibility to List
Only business owners, authorized representatives, or exclusive brokers may submit listings. By submitting a listing, you confirm that: 

• You have the legal authority to market and sell the business. 
• The information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading.
  2. Listing Approval
  All submitted listings are subject to review and approval by ACQUIRE. We reserve the right to: 

• Edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. 
• Request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of the business or the authority of the person submitting the listing.
  3. Listing Content Requirements
  Each listing must include accurate and complete details such as: 

• Business name and industry 
• Asking price and revenue figures (where available) 
• Location and operational overview 
• Reason for sale 
• Contact information (private or managed through ACQUIRE) 
   ACQUIRE may revise listing content for clarity, formatting, or consistency.
  4. Confidentiality
  Sensitive business information will be protected and disclosed only to qualified buyers who have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Publicly visible listings will not include identifying details without the seller’s consent.

5. Listing Duration
Unless otherwise agreed, each listing remains active for a standard period (e.g., 90 to 180 days). Extensions or renewals may be requested, subject to ongoing engagement with ACQUIRE.
6. Listing Fees and Commission
ACQUIRE may charge fees for premium listings, marketing services, or brokerage engagement. For exclusive listings, success-based commissions are governed by a separate Brokerage Agreement.
7. Prohibited Listings
We do not accept listings for: 

• Illegal or unethical businesses 
• Shell companies with no operations 
• Multi-level marketing schemes or pyramid models 
• Businesses promoting restricted products (weapons, adult content, etc.)
  8. Removal or Suspension
  ACQUIRE may remove or suspend any listing without notice if: 

• It violates this policy or any applicable law 
• It contains false, misleading, or unverifiable information 
• The seller fails to cooperate during due diligence or breaches the NDA
  9. Liability Disclaimer
  ACQUIRE is not responsible for the accuracy of listing content provided by the seller. Buyers are advised to perform their own due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.

10. Policy Updates
We may update this Listing Policy at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
